At UMassFive, sign up for Member Audio Teller service and you can obtain information on your accounts and process transactions from a touch-tone telephone anywhere. When using M.A.T., you are assigned a 4-digit PIN for secure transactions (never divulge your PIN to anyone). M.A.T. is a free service for credit union members.

With M.A.T. you can:
